About me

Dear readers,

... here are some basic information about me ...

I was born in Zurich, Switzerland but spent my childhood in Munich, Garmisch-Partenkirchen and India.
I finished two BAs and one MA in Innsbruck, Tyrol, Austria.
Next to my university studies, I got my final verification at the musical school in Innsbruck
and completed a YogaTeacherTraining (according to YogaAlliance standards).
Due to further ambitions I'm in continuous education.

Currently:

PhD-study at the Mozarteum Salzburg/Innsbruck

TriYoga Level 1 teacher training

Concerning music:

Instruments: flute (soprano, alto, tenor, bass), violin, singing, piano--> latest: singing and piano
Competition "Jugend Musiziert": 8-times participation, with awards and partly with forwardings (2004, 2005, 2006, 2007, 2009)
Musical school Innsbruck: Final verification: June 2013
BA Musicology (concluded in 2014)
Seminar: Music therapy in action (2014)
Tyrolean Choral Association: participation in a one-year choir director course (Finals: October 2016)
Pianocoach and workshops: piano.art – private music school, since 2014, for children and adults
Weddings: musical composition of clerical as well as civil marriages, since 2014

Concerning Yoga:

Numerous travels to India: stays in Mysore, South India, on an average once a year since 1996

Summer 2016: TriYoga-retreat and workshop with Kali Ray (6 days)
TriYogaTeacherTraining Basic: finalized in 2017; qualified for Yoga Alliance and registered member
Own classes since 2017

Summer 2018: TriYoga-retreat and workshop with Kali Ray (6 days)

Autumn 2018: beginning TriYogaTeacherTraining Level 1

Autumn 2018: Pre-/postnatal advanced training

Summer 2019: TriYoga-retreat and workshop with Kali Ray (6 days)

February 2020: First module of the Yoga Alliance certified Yoga teacher training for children "Yogakinder":

"Spielerisches Yoga für Kinder im Kindergartenalter" (first module)

May 2020: Second module of the Yoga Alliance certified Yoga teacher training for children "Yogakinder":

"Ganz entspannt - Yoga für Kinder und Jugendliche ab 11 Jahren" (second module)
